Case Details:
On April 28, 2009, at approximately 5:18 PM, a female was indecently assaulted while riding an outbound Orange Line train between MBTA North and Wellington Stations.
The victim boarded a crowded express train at North Station. While standing, she was inappropriately touched on the leg by the suspect (pictured above) on three separate occasions. After the final occurrence, the victim confronted the suspect, who claimed that the assault was accidental. The suspect subsequently exited the train at Wellington Station.
