LEXINGTON : WATERTOWN SAVINGS BANK
Case Details:
On 08/31/2010 the Watertown Savings bank, Lexington branch, was robbed a second time. A male with a knife, masked with a hooded sweat shirt and white scarf, baseball hat and gray sweat pants (see above photos). A second subject waited outside in the getaway vehicle, parked by the front door of the bank. The vehicle is a Chevy Avalanche, dark color black or green, with a mass registration of US18LH. This plate was later reported stolen from a Lawrence DPW worker while parked overnight in Arlington.
Subject appears to be same as previous bank robber that occurred on 08/30/2010 at the same bank. Same type of clothing and weapon. Please notify this department on any Chevy Avalanche vehicles reported stolen or recovered, or any past armed robberies matching this suspect.
